Hurricane Irene is Raining on my Parade

As I'm sure most of you are aware, Hurricane Irene is in full swing along the East Coast. If you aren't, here's a beautiful photo of her:

Because of Miss Irene, my flight will most likely be delayed to Monday, possibly Tuesday if I'm incredibly unlucky. While this gives me more time to pack (even though I'm all packed at this point), it means the first few days of traveling will be a bit more chaotic than they should have been. Hopefully it won't turn out to be too bad and I'll get to Italy sooner than later.

Hopefully my next post will be either about my departure to or my arrival in Italy!
